You must be at least 18 years of age to order.

Products usually ship one to two days after payment. If you have a rush order, please call to request fast shipping. All products are new unless otherwise noted.

International Orders
We currently ship to the US and Canada.

Warranty:
All items have a standard factory warranty from the factory. The warranty starts from invoice date of purchase unless the product description says different.

There is a $50 charge for any bounced or cancelled checks and cancelled credit card authorizations! The purchaser is responsible for all collection charges involved with collecting on bad or cancelled credit cards and checks including our standard hourly rate.


Return Policy
You have 30 days from the invoice date to return an item.

There is a 25% or $15 restocking fee (whichever is greater) on all returned items.
Items that had "free shipping" have a $20 minimum restocking fee. Shipping is never included on a refund.
All returned items must be in the original condition including undamaged original packing.
You must have your order number before an RMA will be issued. Please allow 30 days for credits to be processed.
There are NO returns/refunds on Special Order Items.
An RMA number has to be issued before any return will be processed. ALL RMAs requests should be emailed to phones@priceparts.com .
Shipping back to us on any RMA is to be paid by the purchaser.

Panasonic fax machine returns/problems are NOT handled by us. Call Panasonic at 1-800-HELPFAX.

Televisions 27" and larger require an in-home service evaluation before being returned.

For damaged shipments you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. Failure to do so will void your damage claim.
